On July 9th, 2024, at approximately 1338 hours, and officer observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a vehicle stop. Upon speaking with this male, the officer gained probable cause a controlled substance was within the vehicle. After searching the vehicle, the officer located a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. This male was charged for the offenses.
