On July 11, 2026, at 21:56 hours, Nazareth Police were on patrol in the area of Borough Park on North Broad Street. During their patrol, officers observed two males inside the locked skate park. After unlocking the gate to gain entry, officers made contact with the males and had them exit the skate park. The individuals were identified and subsequently issued citations for Defiant Trespass. Following the issuance of citations, the males were released. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
