On October 11th, 2024, at approximately 0153 hours, officers were dispatched to an address in the Nazareth Borough for a domestic in progress. Upon arrival, officers found the victim to be bleeding from her nose and to have an apparent broken nose. This male had fled the location prior to officers arriving. During the investigation, it was determined this male spit in the victims face then punched the victim in the nose causing the victim to sustain a broken nose. Due to this male not being on scene, an arrest warrant was applied for and granted. This male was arrested on the active arrest warrant a few days later and arraigned on all charges.
