On April 5, 2026, at 0019 hours, Nazareth Police were dispatched to 6 Belvidere Street to investigate a reported disturbance. Upon arrival, officers encountered two individuals on the second floor of the apartment, where a visibly intoxicated male was present. The female companion reported that the male may have sustained an arm injury from a fall. An ambulance was summoned to transport the individual to the hospital. At the hospital, the male refused to exit the ambulance and had to be removed. He briefly escaped from police custody but was quickly apprehended. The individual was subsequently admitted to the hospital for medical treatment. Charges are pending against the offender. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
