Nazareth Police responded to a reported assault in progress at the intersection of Belvidere Street and South Main Street on August 21, 2025, at approximately 0754 hours. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the parties involved and were informed that the alleged offender had fled the scene, likely heading towards the town circle. The suspect was subsequently located in the circle, and a thorough investigation ensued. It was determined that the male was the aggressor, and he was taken into custody and transported to Northampton County Prison following the filing of charges.
