The Lower Saucon Township Police Department is proud to announce we have received full re-accreditation from the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission (PLEAC). This marks our fourth re-accreditation since first achieving accredited status in 2013.
Maintaining accreditation reflects our ongoing commitment to professionalism, transparency, accountability, and providing high-quality service to the Lower Saucon Township.
The Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission was established by the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association to develop and uphold professional standards for law enforcement agencies across the Commonwealth. PLEAC’s accreditation process is designed to enhance agency effectiveness and professionalism through comprehensive evaluation and ongoing compliance.
The Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association introduced the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Program to the Commonwealth in July 2001.
