He will be operating a 2023 Silver Kia Sportage w/ Pa registration The permit is effective from August 31, 2026, to March 3, 2027, and is valid for solicitation on Mondays through Saturdays (excluding Sundays).

The permitted times are as follows:

• April 1 - September 30: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
• October 1 - March 31: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

The permitted individual must have the permit and identification visible while soliciting.
