On November 12, 2025, at approximately 1207 hours, police responded to a report of a student in possession of a vape at Saucon Valley High School, located at 2100 Polk Valley Road.

The vape was tested and found to be positive for THC. As a result, a 15-year-old male juvenile from Lower Saucon Township was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana.

The individual was referred to Northampton County Juvenile Court.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
