On Saturday, June 6^th at approximately 4:51pm, officers from the Lower Saucon Township and Bethlehem Township Police Departments responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 2200 block of Riverside Drive near the Lehigh River.

Preliminary information indicates that two individuals were in or near the river on the border of Bethlehem Township and Lower Saucon Township when an unknown individual discharged a firearm in their direction from Riverside Drive in Lower Saucon Township. 

No injuries have been reported at this time.

Officers searched the area; however, no suspect has been identified, and no arrests have been made. The incident remains under active investigation.
