On Friday, July 11th, at approximately 2139 hours, police responded to a disturbance in the 1200 block of Seidersville Road.

Following an investigation, Randy Ryan Smith, a 40yr old male was taken into custody.

Smith was transported to Northampton County Central Booking for processing and arraignment on charges of Simple Assault and Harassment.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
