On March 8, 2026, at approximately 1115 hours, police responded to a disturbance in the 1900 block of Mattis Street. Upon arrival, both parties involved had left the residence. Following an investigation, it was determined that a female had been assaulted.

Later, police observed the male suspect, identified as Max Emilano Rolon, a 25-year-old male, driving and initiated a vehicle stop. The male was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to police headquarters and subsequently to Northampton County Central Booking for processing and arraignment on charges of Simple Assault and Harassment.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
