On February 27, 2026, at approximately 0330 hours, police responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 3800 block of Route 378. During the investigation, officers observed a set of metal knuckles in plain view inside the vehicle.

The vehicle operator, Lucas Allen Rinehimer, a 21-year-old male, was taken into custody. He was transported to Northampton County Central Booking for processing and arraignment on charges of Prohibited Offense Weapons, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, and Roadways Laned for Traffic.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
