On July 25, 2026, at approximately 2321 hours, a vehicle was stopped on Old Philadelphia Pike at Seidersville Road for an illegible registration plate.

The operator identified as Miguel Angel Perez, a 35-year-old male from Allentown, failed field-coordination exercises and was subsequently transported to the Northampton County DUI Center for processing.

Charges of DUI and Illegible Registration Plate were filed at District Court 03-2-04. BAC .16%.
