On April 11, 2026, at approximately 0045 hours, a traffic stop was conducted for a maximum speed limit violation. The operator identified as Bernadette Nevin, a 33-year-old female, was found to have an odor of an alcoholic beverage. Ms. Nevin failed field-coordination exercises and was subsequently transported to the Northampton County DUI Center for further processing.

Charges of Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Maximum Speed Limits, and Restraint Systems were filed at District Court 03-2-04 against the individual. Ms. Nevin's BAC .25%

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
