On November 16, 2025, at approximately 1500 hours, police took a report at headquarters of a disturbance that had previously occurred in the 2400 block of Black River Road.

As a result of the investigation, Raymond A Nembhard, was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.

Mr. Nembhard was taken into custody and transported to Northampton County Central Booking for further processing and arraignment.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
