On August 28, 2026, at approx. 2311hrs, a traffic stop was conducted on Rte#378 after a vehicle was observed traveling 62 mph in a posted 40mph zone. The operator, Gerald Anthony Miller a 43-year-old male, failed field coordination exercises and was subsequently transported to the Northampton County DUI Center for processing.

Charges of DUI and Maximum Speed Limits were filed at District Court 03-2-04. BAC .13%.
