On December 8, 2025, at approximately 1446 hours, police responded to a report of theft at the Speedway located at 3622 Route 378. The items reported to be stolen were gift cards valued at $5,885.00. During the investigation, an employee who was present at the time of the incident was interviewed. The individual admitted to taking the gift cards and activating them while working on shift. The individual was identified as Adam Laudenslager a 40-year-old male, he taken into custody and later transported to Northampton County Central Booking for processing and arraignment on a charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (F3). 

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
