On Sunday, April 19, 2025, at approximately 1408 hours, the Lower Saucon Township Police Department took Andrew David Diamond a 45-year-old male into custody. The individual was charged with Arrest Prior to Requisition (Fugitive from Justice) and receiving information from the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office in New York. The individual was transported to Northampton County Central Booking for further processing and arraignment.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
