On June 23rd, at approximately 20:50 hours, police responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of E University Avenue.

A male, identified as Michael William Cave, age 55, was taken into custod. He was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.

The individual was transported to Northampton County Central Booking for arraignment.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
