On July 15, 2026, at approximately 9:43 pm, officers responded to McDonald's, located at 350 Town Center Boulevard, for a harassment report. The complainant reported that a male suspect, who attempted to pick up an online order two days prior, called the restaurant approximately 24 times in two days. During the phone calls, the suspect threatened to "shoot everyone" and that he was going to arrive at the location to "shoot up the place". The suspect was identified as Ian Titus, who admitted to calling the restaurant multiple times. An arrest warrant was issued by Judge Hutnik for the listed charges.
