Forks Township Police is attempting to locate Selwyn L. Forrester, who left his residence in the 1800 block of Cherry Avenue in Forks Township yesterday evening at approximately 6:00 PM.

Mr. Forrester is described as a Black male, 6’4” tall, approximately 220 pounds, with salt-and-pepper hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a beige, black, and white plaid shirt with black slacks. Mr. Forrester suffers from early-onset dementia and Type II diabetes.
