On May 5, 2026, at approximately 7:01 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 3500 block of Sullivan Trail. The officer made contact with the driver, identified as Brad Warner Sr., and observed several signs of narcotics impairment. Warner participated in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and, as a result of the tests, was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. Warner was transported to Slate Belt Regional Police Department for a DRE evaluation and blood draw, which later determined Warner's blood contained Amphetamine, Methamphetamine, Buprenorphine, and Norbuprenorphine. As a result, Warner was charged by criminal complaint.
