On July 3, 2026, at approximately 11:44 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Sullivan Trail and Church Lane. The officer made contact with the driver, identified as Jackeline Roman, and detected an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The officer obtained consent to search the vehicle and located a small plastic bag containing suspected cocaine. Roman confirmed the white powder was cocaine. The officer later tested the substance, which tested positive for cocaine. As a result of the incident, Roman was charged by criminal complaint with the listed offenses.
