On March 2, 2026, at approximately 5:27 pm, an officer observed a vehicle driving into oncoming traffic in the area of 301 Town Center Boulevard. The officer initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified as Jean-Francois Orszag. While speaking with Orszag, the officer detected an odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from his person and breath. Orszag agreed to participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and, as a result of the tests, was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence. Orszag was transported to a Northampton County DUI Center for a legal blood draw, which later determined his BAC was 0.195%. Orszag was charged by criminal complaint with (1 count) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol - General Impairment (M), (1 count) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol - Highest Rate (M), and (1 count) Driving on Right Side of Roadway (S).
