On November 20, 2025, Forks Township Police Department responded to the area of Old Mill Road and Knox Avenue for a motor vehicle collision where one of the vehicles involved fled the scene without stopping or providing information. The complainant reported being stopped at a red light when the vehicle was suddenly struck from the rear. The complainant provided a vehicle and driver description, as well as a photograph of the offending vehicle with a New Jersey registration. Through multiple law enforcement database checks and further investigation, it was determined the vehicle was being operated by Travis S. Hockman. Hockman was charged by criminal complaint with (1 count) Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property (M3), (1 count) Driving Without a License (S), and (1 count) Duty to Give Information and Render Aid (S).
