On March 23, 2026, at approximately 2:21 am, officers responded to the 2600 block of Lower Way for a 911 hang-up. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Gary Conley, who was determined to have an extraditable warrant out of Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Conley was taken into custody and transported to Northampton County Prison.
