On August 20, 2026, at approximately 7:30 AM, officers responded to Weis Markets, located at 3825 Sullivan Trail, for a retail theft report. The store's Asset Protection investigator reported two males who exited the store without paying for $345.04 worth of groceries and merchandise. After a thorough investigation, one of the males was identified as Scott Brown, who had a prior conviction for retail theft. As a result of the incident, an arrest warrant was issued for Brown.
