On June 25, 2026, at approximately 7:49 pm, officers responded to 301 Town Center Boulevard for a report of a reckless driver. The complainant reported a black Chevrolet Malibu driving recklessly through the parking lot. Upon arrival, an officer observed the vehicle unoccupied and parked in a fire lane. Officers observed several "alcohol shooters" in plain view inside the vehicle. Bystanders stated they saw a young, white female get out of the driver seat and run away from the vehicle.
While attempting to locate the driver, a female, later identified as Hannah Bisher, approached the officers and admitted the vehicle was hers and that she drove to Giant to make a purchase. Officers observed several indicators of intoxication and requested Bisher participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which she agreed to. As a result of the tests, Bisher was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. Bisher was transported to a DUI Center and submitted to a legal blood draw, which later determined her BAC was .207%. Bisher was charged by criminal complaint with the listed charges.
