On April 29, 2026, at 22:55 hours, officers responded to a welfare check in the 100 block of N. 13th Street. During the investigation, officers discovered that a 33-year-old male, Michael Howell, had an active warrant for his arrest. Officers took Howell into custody without incident. He was subsequently transported to the Northampton County Prison.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
