On May 18, 2026, at approximately 2:45 p.m., the Bangor Police Department responded to a reported domestic violence incident in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

As a result of the investigation, a 59-year-old male, Christopher Rehrig, was taken into custody.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
