On June 16, 2026, at approximately 5:38 p.m., the Montour Township Police Department received a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the parking lot of the J-Link Communications building on Montour Boulevard.

The investigation determined that a brown/brick-red Ford King Ranch pickup truck had been vandalized with a derogatory phrase. During the course of the investigation, it was also discovered that the victim had been subjected to repeated harassment by the suspect through multiple phone calls and voicemails.

Officer Hernandez conducted the investigation and identified a female juvenile as the suspect. As a result, the juvenile was charged with multiple offenses, including Criminal Mischief and related charges.

Because the suspect is a juvenile, no identifying information will be released. The case has been referred to the Juvenile Probation Department for further proceedings.
