On February 1st, the Mahoning Township Police investigated a theft of a purse/wallet that occurred on Geisinger’s main campus. Several credit cards taken in the theft were fraudulently used.  To date, nearly $3,000 in fraudulent charges have been racked-up at various merchants in the Buckhorn area of Columbia County.  

The MTPD is attempting to identify a black female (see previous post), and a white female who also made fraudulent purchases using the stolen cards.  Several leads are currently being pursued.
