On 10/14/17, COOK, who a resident of Grandview Nursing Home, assaulted another resident of the home.  The victim, Ruth WIEDENSAUL (age 83), wandered into COOK's room and then left after he yelled at her.  COOK nonetheless followed the victim into the hallway, grabbed her and shoved her to the ground.  WIEDENSAUL suffered a broken hip and required surgery as a result of the assault.  

Charges of Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and related summary offenses were filed at the office of Magisterial District Judge Marvin SHRAWDER.
