In September 2018, the Upper Providence Police Department began an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse which occurred between 2003 and 2009. The victim identified the actor as Richard Alan BEENER Sr. of Mont Clare, Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. An extensive investigation was conducted by the Criminal Investigation Division of the Upper Providence Police Department which resulted in the acquisition of an arrest warrant for the actor, as well as a search warrant for his residence. On January 8, 2019 a team of Patrol Officers and Detectives executed a search warrant at the residence. During the course of the search warrant, Richard Alan BEENER surrendered to police. Richard Alan BEENER was transported to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility where he was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Juanita Price. Judge Price set BEENER's bail at 10% of $100,000.00.
