On behalf of the hard-working staff at the UMHS, we are sharing a very important message from our school district regarding student pick-up and drop-off procedures for the high school. PLEASE be patient and PLEASE follow the procedures that are in place to keep everyone safe and things running efficiently.

Important Reminders about drop-off and pick-up of UMHS Students

Dear UMHS Parents & Guardians,

We wanted to send a reminder of our High School Campus traffic flow during drop-off and pick-up to ensure we can all commute safely onto and through our campus. Failure to follow this traffic flow plan can create hazardous conditions for everyone.

Please refer to the map below for drop-off information:

• The GREEN Inner Lane depicted below is the DROP-OFF LANE for students. Please pull all the way up to the "pull up to here sign" to let your student out, and proceed all the way up and out of the lot.
• The YELLOW Outer Lane is the Student and Staff Parking lane. Students should not be dropped off in this lane.
• The RED Arrow: Please do not turn left before the island into our lot, as that is a ONE-WAY EXIT.
• The PURPLE Line: There is NO student pick up on Bear Blvd at Dismissal. Please do not stop or wait here. You should proceed with the car line wrapping around the front of our building and have your student meet you there. This creates a safety issue with parents trying to pass or do u-turns in the opposing traffic lane and blocks our buses trying to exit.
