PennDOT has been notified, and a technician is en route to address the problem. However, it may take some time to resolve the issue.

As a safety reminder, when approaching a yellow signal, drivers should exercise caution and proceed slowly. If the signal is red or not illuminated, drivers must come to a complete stop, just as they would at a stop sign.
