On August 28, 2025, at 3:08PM, Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Oak Street for a burglary in progress. On arrival, Officers spoke with the resident who stated that his neighbor, Dylan Beto, was inside his residence without his permission and upon reviewing interior security footage discovered Beto looking through bedroom drawers in the residence and removing items. After a brief search of the area and even shorter foot pursuit, Beto was taken into custody without incident and transported to Montgomery County for processing and arraignment.
