Remembering 9/11: 25th Anniversary of Patriot Day

Today, we honor the 25th anniversary of Patriot Day, a solemn reminder of the tragic events that occurred on September 11, 2001. On this day, we pay tribute to the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon in Washington D.C., and United Airlines Flight 93, which crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

We remember the bravery and selflessness of the first responders, law enforcement officers, and ordinary citizens who risked their lives to save others - their heroism and sacrifice will never be forgotten. 

As we reflect on this pivotal moment in American history, we are reminded how September 11th, 2001 shaped all of our lives leading to today. It showed us the importance of unity, resilience, and vigilance. 

Let us never forget the lessons of 9/11 and strive to build a brighter, more peaceful future for generations to come.
