Did you know? The Lower Moreland Police Department is now officially a "Safe Internet Sales Meetup Location"!

Look for the sign in the picture, which is located in the Police Department driveway that runs between the Police and Fire Department buildings. 

We ask that our residents utilize this location if they are concerned for any reason when conducting internet arranged sales.  Arrange your internet transaction and tell the buyer that the location you'd like to meet is 640 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.

Pull up next to the sign ahead of your own pre-arranged time and call into the station at 215-947-3132 to have a police clerk monitor the cameras that cover this area. This can only be done between 7:00am and 10:30pm Monday-Friday and 10:00am-3:00pm on Saturdays.

We are hopeful this can provide a safe video monitored location for our residents to complete internet sales. Officers will only be dispatched if anything unusual is seen during your transaction.
