LMPD held its first 'Biking With The Blue' event on Sunday, October 3rd. One of our goals, as a bike unit, is to promote walking/bicycle safety on the Pennypack trail here in our township. Many showed up to ride bikes on the Pennypack trail alongside our bike patrol unit, as well as those who preferred to walk. The 5.5 mile ride ended with the very best, Rita's waterice!! We hope to see you all again at future events!
