The traffic signal at Philmont Avenue and Byberry Road is currently stuck on red in all directions.  As a result, you should stop at the intersection as if it controlled by STOP SIGNS in all directions.  

The repair of this malfunction is the responsibility of Philadelphia County, and they are working on a solution as fast as possible.
