As of today, Police Officers are authorized to issue citations for Paul Millers Law, which prohibits any driver from using an interactive mobile device (cell phone) while driving a motor vehicle. The Hatboro Police Department is committed to enforcing this critical legislation to ensure the safety of our community.
As we begin enforcing this law, we want to remind everyone that our primary goal is to educate and raise awareness about the importance of responsible driving behavior. However, we will not hesitate to take action against those who disregard the law and put others at risk.
We urge all members of our community to familiarize themselves with the provisions of PA Paul Miller's Law and to take an active role in promoting a safer and more responsible environment for everyone.
Together, we can make a difference and create a community where everyone can feel safe and protected.
Remember: Enforcement Begins Today!
If you have any questions or concerns about PA Paul Miller's Law, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Hatboro Police Department. We are committed to serving and protecting our community.
Let's work together to make our community a better and safer place for all!
