On April 26, 2025, at approximately 1934 hours an Officer with the Ambler Borough Police Department was involved in a shooting. The officer was not injured. The suspect was shot and transported to the hospital. The Montgomery County Detective Bureau was notified and is handling the investigation per department protocol.
