About The Race
Race SELLS OUT at 1,500 runners.
Our 27th Annual Frostbite 5-Miler, sponsored by the Ambler Area Running Club is mostly flat, with gently rolling hills. The most renowned February race in the area! Certified 5 Mile racecourse.
Race will be held regardless of rain, sleet, snow or hail unless the safety of runners is in jeopardy. Registration will be absolutely limited to 1500 runners to prevent overcrowding in the HS.

Students 18 and under are $15 pre-registered / $20 on race day
The Frostbite 5-Miler kicks off the USATF Mid-Atlantic region Grand Prix race series.
Proceeds and donations for our 2026 races will be shared by local charities selected by AARC members.
Awards
Age Group Awards to top 3 Male & Female runners in each category:
14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-04, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over
This race will be held in snow, sleet, rain or shine unless cancelled for safety reasons. Sorry, NO REFUNDS.
