On November 12, 2020 at approximately 1212 hours, Officers from the Ambler Borough Police Department were dispatched to the rear alley of Bannockburn Avenue for a noise complaint. Officers located, Frank Lucas, and found him to be intoxicated in public. Lucas was taken into custody and charged with Resisting Arrest and 3 other summary offenses. He was arraigned before District Justice Patricia Zaffarano and given unsecured bail. He is awaiting his preliminary hearing.
