On January 24, 2021 at approximately 2129 hours, Officers responded to the area of the 200 block of Lindenwold Avenue for a domestic disturbance. Officers on scene investigated the incident and determined that the female was assaulted by Rafael Hichos Najera. Najera was later arrested on a warrant. Najera is still waiting for his preliminary hearing in front of District Court Justice Patricia Zaffarano.
