On April 20th, 2026, Officer of the Pocono Township Police Department we're contacted in reference to the theft and disposal of a cell phone. The victim in this matter misplaced their cell phone at a grocery store. The phone was picked up and then disposed of in a storm drain far from the original location. Officers are seeking assistance in identifying the male featured in the attached photos.
