On September 12th, 2026, officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were notified of an intoxicated driver stemming from a disturbance in Tobyhanna. Officers located the vehicle parked at a gas station in Swiftwater and observed a male in the driver's seat, consistent with the information that was received. Officers made contact with the driver, Kaman Preet Singh, a 26-year-old male from Easton. As a result of the investigation, Singh was placed under arrest for driving under the influence. Further testing would reveal that Singh had a BAC over twice the legal limit.

Charges have been filed.
