On January 5th, 2023 at approximately 9:00 pm, the theft of a cell phone was reported from the Polo Ralph Lauren store in the Crossings Premium Outlets. Surveillance footage from the store showed Gabriela Santos and Victor Gil enter the store at approximately 8:00 pm. Santos is seen taking the phone from a table. Gil was seen entering a fitting room with several items and leaving behind broken security tags.

Santos and Gil were located in Shenandoah, PA, where they admitted to stealing the phone and other items. The phone was later recovered by local authorities and returned to its owner.

Charges pending for Santos are (1 count) Theft By Unlawful Taking (M1), (1 count) Conspiracy to Commit Theft (M1) and (1 count) Receiving Stolen Property (M1).
