On November 22nd, 2022, at approximately 7:30pm, officers of the Pocono Township Police Department responded to a business in Tannersville to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance that had occurred at a different location. Upon arrival it was discovered that a female victim had been physically assaulted at a residence by her boyfriend, Ezekiel Mccall. The assault caused visible injuries to the victim and her one-year-old child.

A short time later, Officers responded to the residence in Tannersville and took 22-year-old Mccall into custody without incident. 

Mccall has been charged with two counts of Simple Assault (M1&M2), one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2) and one count of Harassment (S).  He was placed into the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
